Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
    • The Goods must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  2. Timeframe:
    • The Goods must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Customized or personalized Goods cannot be returned.
    • Goods that are perishable or have expired are not eligible for return.
    • Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in Our sole discretion.

Exchanges

Yes, customers may exchange a product for a new one. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must meet the eligibility conditions for a return (see “Conditions for Returns”).
  • Exchanges can only be made for products of the same or lesser value. Any price difference for lesser-value exchanges will be refunded.
  • Exchanges must be requested within the 30-day return window.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. The Company cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Refund Policy for Sale Items

Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of Your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
